01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ba899 platform — including the website at ba899.app, any associated mobile interfaces, and all games, betting markets, account tools, and payment features — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the ba899 platform and close your account. Continued access to the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any subsequent amendments.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or features on the ba899 platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless the specific rules expressly state otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to ba899 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ba899 enforces a minimum age requirement of 18 without exception. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful — ba899 does not permit access to any person under 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not registering or playing under a self-exclusion agreement, whether placed through ba899 or any other recognised responsible gaming scheme.
• You have not been previously excluded from ba899 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

ba899 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, ba899 will suspend the account and withhold any pending transactions until verification is completed. If verification confirms that the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned, and any winnings generated during the period of underage access will be forfeited.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of ba899 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits — you must register a single personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ba899 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba899 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ba899 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have notified ba899 of suspected unauthorised access prior to that activity occurring.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your password has been compromised, you must notify ba899 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. ba899 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

• One account per person — duplicate registrations will be closed without notice.
• All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Account credentials must not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.
• ba899 may require additional identity verification documents at any stage of account operation.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in the Account Closure section of these terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ba899 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are processed through approved local payment channels, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the payment section of your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.

All deposit methods accepted at ba899 must be held in the name of the registered account holder. ba899 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or any payment method not registered to the player. Attempting to deposit through a third-party method is grounds for account suspension and return of the deposited funds to the original source.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ba899 may request supporting documents — such as a copy of a national ID, proof of payment method ownership, or proof of address — before processing any withdrawal. ba899 aims to process approved mobile wallet withdrawals within a few hours of request approval during standard operating periods. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business hours.

ba899 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via local payment methods for verified accounts. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ba899 bears no responsibility. Players are advised to check the applicable fee schedule of their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ba899 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which are published alongside the offer itself. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall govern.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all ba899 offers:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered the specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the duration specified at the time of issue. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period and will be removed from the account without compensation.
• ba899 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the player opting in, and to cancel a bonus already issued if there is evidence of bonus abuse, misuse, or exploitation.
• Players who have opted into a bonus offer and wish to decline it before meeting the wagering requirements must contact ba899 support. Declining a bonus in progress will result in the forfeiture of both the bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play up to that point.
• Only one bonus offer may be active in a player's account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

ba899 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings from any player found to be abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering across accounts, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus mechanics rather than to participate in genuine gaming activity.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on ba899, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the ba899 platform in any manner that violates applicable law or these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or theft.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, betting markets, or the ba899 platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any ba899 game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained as a result of a software error are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, including in live dealer poker or any multiplayer format.
• Attempting to access ba899 systems, servers, or databases without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, disputed payment reversals, or payment fraud against ba899.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing any abusive, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content through any ba899 communication channel, including live chat or customer support.

ba899 monitors platform activity using automated and manual review processes. Players suspected of prohibited conduct may have their accounts suspended pending investigation. ba899's determination as to whether a player has engaged in prohibited conduct is final and binding. Players who dispute a decision may submit a formal complaint through the support channel at [email protected].

07 Intellectual Property

All content available on the ba899 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphical elements, logos, brand names, game interfaces, promotional materials, software code, and written content — is the property of ba899 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ba899 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any ba899 content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the ba899 platform.
• Use ba899 branding, logos, or trademarks in any context outside of personal reference without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the ba899 platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

Game content made available through the ba899 platform is the intellectual property of the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — and is subject to their respective licensing terms. ba899 does not claim ownership of third-party game content and facilitates access to it under valid distribution agreements.

Any unauthorised use of ba899 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

ba899 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from ba899.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds derived from illegal sources.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Evidence of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software tools.
• Legal requirement or instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, ba899 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, ba899 may forfeit the account balance in full. If the investigation finds no breach, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting ba899 support at [email protected]. Self-closure requests are processed promptly. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. ba899 will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address before applying dormancy procedures. Dormant account balances are preserved and remain accessible to the player upon successful re-authentication and verification.
